Active-order WhatsApp

WhatsApp support is for active Printify document-print orders during Mon-Sat, 8 AM-8 PM GST. Include your order reference. Use this form for tracked enquiries and new requests.

Form and email enquiries usually receive a reply within 24 hours during support hours. Active-order WhatsApp is triaged by Printify print operations during support hours.

Order changes

Printify order rules

  • - After payment but before file check or production starts: ask support immediately. Cancellation or file replacement may still be possible only after Printify confirms it.
  • - After printing, finishing, packing, or dispatch preparation starts: cancellation and file replacement are not normally available. Printify can review reprint, redelivery, refund, or paid replacement options.
  • - After dispatch or delivery: support handles delivery or quality issues under the refund/reprint policy, not ordinary order changes.
  • - A WhatsApp, email, or contact-form message is a request, not a pause, cancellation, refund, or file replacement until Printify confirms the action.

Printify print operations owns active-order triage; cancellation, refund, reprint, file replacement, and policy exceptions require owner/operator approval before the order is changed.
