Customer takes the photo on their phone, uploads it, and Printify edits the file, prepares the required ID-photo output, delivers physical prints, and sends the digital files.

Best for: Customers who want the fastest self-serve path and can take a clear photo at home.

Book a photographer to come home, take the photos, and print them?

Printify schedules a photographer visit, captures compliant photos at the customer location, prints them straight away where operationally possible, and provides the digital files.

Best for: Families, busy applicants, children, seniors, or customers who want a handled visit instead of taking their own photo.

Customer enters location, preferred time, contact details, and applicant count.
Operator confirms photographer availability before promising a slot.
Photographer takes the photos at home and prepares/prints the approved set.
Customer receives physical prints and digital files after the session.

Use the commercial pattern only: let the customer choose DIY phone-photo upload or an at-home photographer visit, then route editing, printing, digital delivery, payment, and fulfilment through the existing Printify brand pipeline. Do not copy text, visual design, layout, assets, or protected brand expression.

Printify live-domain routing must send printify.ae to the Printify services hub, not the BizBee homepage.

Checkout remains guarded until owner-approved pricing and fulfilment rules are confirmed.

DIY upload and home-photographer modes must be preserved in order notes/source context before fulfilment.

Every order carries brand_id, brand_slug, brand_name, PFY order prefix, service mode, and photo-ID source context.

Google Sheet, notifications, admin tracking, and recovery queue must preserve the service mode and photo-ID details.

No photographer auto-confirmation, ads, or GBP changes are allowed without explicit approval.

Acceptance-sensitive cases get manual review language, not an absolute government approval guarantee.

Retake requests are handled before printing when the uploaded image is visibly risky.
