Prohibited Content & Artwork Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Policy purpose
Printify.ae produces customer-supplied files, artwork, documents, and related print requests. Customers are responsible for ensuring their files, artwork, text, logos, documents, and request details are lawful, authorized, accurate, and safe for Printify.ae to produce.
2. Content we may refuse
Printify.ae may refuse, pause, cancel, or escalate orders involving:
- illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory content;
- counterfeit money, IDs, visas, certificates, permits, government documents, tickets, passes, or official-looking material;
- content that imitates UAE government, police, court, immigration, bank, school, medical, or official authority documents;
- copyrighted, trademarked, branded, character, logo, or artwork content without proper authorization;
- private, confidential, or sensitive documents where production appears unauthorized or unsafe;
- material that may expose Printify.ae, staff, couriers, partners, or customers to legal, safety, payment, or reputational risk.
3. Official-looking details and authorization
For official-looking requests, regulated documents, company details, or artwork that appears to represent an organization, Printify.ae may request supporting documents such as a trade license, Emirates ID, authorization proof, exact English and Arabic company names, TRN where relevant, phone number, address, or other verification details. Printify.ae may reject a request if company details do not match, authorization is unclear, or the requested output may be misleading, unauthorized, or illegal.
4. Customer artwork rights
By uploading artwork, logos, designs, brand assets, characters, photos, or documents, the customer confirms they own the content or have permission to print it. Printify.ae is not responsible for customer infringement, unauthorized brand use, or rights disputes caused by customer-supplied files.
5. Review is not legal approval
Printify.ae may perform practical order checks, but accepting or producing an order does not mean Printify.ae has legally reviewed, certified, or approved the customer's rights, documents, wording, authority, or regulatory compliance.
6. Refusal, cancellation, and refund handling
If Printify.ae refuses or stops an order because of prohibited content, unclear authorization, or legal risk, we may cancel the job and decide whether a refund, partial refund, or no refund applies based on work already performed, payment costs, and the nature of the issue.
7. Reporting concerns
To report suspected misuse of artwork, documents, or request details, contact hello@printify.ae with details and supporting evidence.
